RANDY McPIKE
Founder
Gordon Randolph (Randy) McPike, CLU, ChFC, was born in Indianapolis, IN, in 1941, and has been a Hoosier his entire life. He graduated from Ben Davis High School in 1959, and received his B.S. Degree in Education in 1963, and his M.S. Degree in Education Administration in 1964. Both degrees were from Indiana State College in Terre Haute, Indiana. His first job after graduation from college was teaching and coaching at Avon High School. He worked 12 years in the computer industry before entering the insurance business. He was an agent seven years before establishing McPike Insurance Agency, Inc. in 1983. He earned the designations of Chartered Life Underwriter and Chartered Financial Consultant from Bryn Mawr College in Pennsylvania, in 1982 and 1984, respectively. Many of his clients referred to him as the “Go to Guy” when questions arose about Medicare. In April 2024, after 49 years of insurance sales and service, Randy decided it was time to retire.
Randy has been married to his wife, Karen (Royer) McPike since 1962. They have reared five children, Robert, Brent, Michelle, Rachelle, and Craig. He has been a life-long member of the Church of God and currently attends Westlake Community Church of God.

MICHELLE McPIKE MORIN
Medicare Expert and CEO
After Michelle graduated from Ben Davis High School in Indianapolis, in 1986, she attended Indiana University, Bloomington, where she graduated with a degree in Education in 1990. After a year of substitute teaching and coaching, Michelle responded to a request to fill in temporarily as a receptionist in an insurance agency where her brother was a Property & Casualty Producer. The temporary assignment ended up being anything but temporary and eventually led to learning her dad’s Life & Health side of the business in 2015. After 34 years, she has worn just about every hat there is in an agency on both the Property & Casualty and Life & Health side of the business. Even though she is not teaching in a school, she uses her Education degree every day helping people understand insurance products and guiding them through the enrollment and application process.
Michelle has been married to her husband, Michael, since 1994, and they have an adult son Jonah. When not in the office, Michelle spends her time with family and friends, chasing around her mini goldendoodles, playing golf, volleyball, pickleball, and riding her bike. She enjoys cheering on the Pacers, Colts, Cubs, and Hoosiers. She is an active member of Westlake Community Church of God in Indianapolis, where she can be found volunteering in a classroom with the kids.
